Shipping Costs & Taxes

Because many of our products require specialized handling (such as hazardous materials documentation or temperature control), shipping costs and taxes are calculated after you submit your order. They will be marked as "TBD" and "Calculated later" during checkout. Once your request is reviewed, our team will confirm the final shipping rate and send you a secure payment link via email.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation and tracking information once your order has shipped. Processing may take longer for orders requiring verification, hazardous materials documentation, or special handling.

Delivery Times

Transit times depend on your location and the carrier. Domestic (Canada and US) shipments generally arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. International delivery times vary. Contact us for an estimate on your destination.

Hazardous and Regulated Materials

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. For business or institutional orders, a valid street address is required; we may not ship to P.O. boxes for certain products.
