Dr. Patel founded Pharma Inventor Inc. to help pharmaceutical and biotech companies worldwide accelerate discovery research cost-effectively. She is committed to quality, reliability, and integrity in all operations.

Previously at Albany Molecular Research Inc. (Singapore), she led medicinal/synthetic chemistry across therapeutic areas including diabetes, cancer, anti-infectives, and agrochemicals. Her project management and execution were highly valued.

She holds a Ph.D. in organic chemistry (Prof. Thisbe Lindhorst) with a BMBF fellowship on glycocalyx mimetics, and was a postdoctoral fellow at UBC (Drs. Withers & Perrin) in Canadian proteomics. Her work is published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at international conferences.

Dr. Sadalapure holds a Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry from IICT-Hyderabad and did postdoctoral work at Hamburg University and Simon Fraser University on bioactive molecules and their interactions with enzymes, transporters, and receptors.

With over 15 years in pharma, he has held key roles at Xenon, NAEJA, Phyton Biotech, Methylation Sciences, and Albany Molecular Research—managing projects and mentoring scientists across cardiovascular, metabolic, anti-infectives, oncology, and CNS.

He brings deep experience in medicinal chemistry, process development, and custom synthesis. With 40+ publications and patents, he is committed to high-quality, cost-effective chemistry services for biotech, pharma, and university researchers worldwide.
